Where we ship

Cacao Isla ships within the United States only.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipping transit is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping is $6 per order, or free on orders of $40 or more.

Local pickup — Miami

If you're local to Miami and prefer pickup over shipping, send us a direct message on Instagram at @cacaoisla\_rd before placing your order and we'll arrange it.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Heat and softening

Cocoa butter and lip balm soften in heat and can arrive slightly softened in warm weather. They firm up again at room temperature; this does not affect quality.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at \[YOUR EMAIL] or on Instagram @cacaoisla\_rd. We'll make it right.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reship orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer; we can offer a replacement at your cost.
